For some it will still be a continuos journey towards a long term goal.

For others it will be a new phase, a new start to achieve  new targets  this year.

Learn from the past, be stronger than the past, be more determined than the past, be smarter than the past.

Tastefully arrogant …

Its “funny” that sometimes one is too shy to be proud of what they have or what they have accomplished.

Too humble  ?
Well, sometimes,  humility is not a strength.

Stylish and “classy-arrogance” may be needed to get noticed.

Believe in your YELLOW umbrella and “shout” to everyone that it is indeed the greatest colour and only those with exquisite taste can appreciate it.

Finally, if you do not have a yellow umbrella, perhaps you should make one.

Who are You ?

A reflection, a self evaluation.
Are you a shark  ?

If you are , do you realize it ?
Or are you trying to climb trees ?

People can change.
Skills can be learnt.

But do also check out the “nature” of your SELF.

If you are a shark , then do not even try to climb a tree, for you will never beat a monkey.

And if you are a monkey, then do not even try swimming with the sharks in the ocean. You will be eaten alive.

And if you are indeed a shark, then behave like one too and not be a guppy.

What’s your value ?

Inevitably customers will bargain and negotiate for a better price. It is human nature.

So, as a salesperson – what is your worth ?
What is your value ?
Where do you draw the line in giving better prices ?

In your quest to deliver great product and services,  your SELF-WORTH is important too. 

Should you have a feeling of desperation or being pushed into a corner by a customer, perhaps you have wrongly positioned your product or even perhaps chosen a wrong customer who does not appreciate your product/services.

They say that “Customer is King”.   

But remember …… a good KING is compassionate, understands his subjects and will not make his people suffer. 

Hence, are you then serving and being loyal to the right KING ?  Find a KING who appreciates you, values you and not taking you for granted.

Obsession

How badly do you want something ?
How badly do you want to WIN ?

Is your mind OBSESSED about exceeding your goals ?

Your OBSESSION will stretch your determination to the highest level you never thought you had. On the contary, a half hearted desire will just result in mediocrity.

Pharmacy ……no, no, no.

“Apotiks” should not have “sales promoters” pushing sales for a particular brand.

In my opinion, selling “medical supplements” just to “score a sale” is simply wrong and unethical. Medication and vitamins should not be “encouraged” this way.

The un-informed will be the victim. I do really get annoyed listening to promoters selling to innocent folks on how great their vitamins are …..not because they care for the customer …but more so because they want to close a sale.
