The truth hurts.
Hence, people with good heart & intention will seem to be harsh and rough at speaking out to you. They are at least real and they still care.
At times, one needs to be awaken and jolted back to reality.

Our staff is more important than our customers.
For if we treat our staff well, they in turn will serve our customers great.
How we treat our staff is a DIRECT REFLECTION of how our company culture is directed towards customer service.

Otherwise, we are just being hypocrites.

We must question ourselves on the things we do. Is it logical anymore or is it still relevant today ?
If we wish to do something, then let’s make our work “a piece of art” that can be truly appreciated and admired by our audience.
Otherwise don’t do.

Judge people by their actions and one will never be fooled by their words.
Notice the people who takes the extra effort to stay in your life. Never take them for granted.
Cherish the sincere ones. Don’t waste time on the rest.

Life is too short to be someone you are not.
Whatever you chose to be, let kindness be a part of YOU and live a life of love.
Is there depth in your beauty ?
Everyone would enjoy being told that she is beautiful.
But true flattery is when people tell you that you are intelligent, kind, passionate, responsible and appreciates you as a genuinely good person.
Beauty is given to you. You could be born with beauty.
But it is YOU who created who YOU are and YOUR purpose in life.
And this depth inside you will define YOU and be everlasting, whilst beauty will just fade away over time.
Scapegoat
A scapegoat is a person or animal which takes on the sins of others or is unfairly blamed for problems or failures of others. The concept originally comes from Leviticus (the third book of the Jewish Bible and of the Old Testament) in which a goat is designated to be cast into the desert with the sins of the community. Other ancient societies had similar practices.
After all these years and as far back as history could be told, isn’t it sad that scapegoating still exists today in politics and in management !!
Due admiration goes to LEADERS who take equal blame with his team versus those who finger point failures to others.
