If you are a shark , then do not even try to climb a tree, for you will never beat a monkey.
And if you are a monkey, then do not even try swimming with the sharks in the ocean. You will be eaten alive.
And if you are indeed a shark, then behave like one too and not be a guppy.

Otherwise it will all just be a wish …a talk ….a dream …… that will never happen or just YOU giving empty promises to someone.
A commitment without a deadline means nothing.
New-ME
As we forge ahead into the new normal era, we will need to redefine our niche and strengths again.
We will need to adapt, change and re-change many times to achieve a balance on what our new routines should be like.
Our past strengths could be our new weaknesses today. Be prepared to leave some of our “old me” behind.
Create a NEW-ME …..a one that is stronger and compassionate as well as living a life of mutual respect and empathy.
Open we Must
After 2 months of closure, for many, the risk of falling sick is now overshadowed by the fear of hunger or not being able to provide food for their loved ones.
Like it or not the economy has to open up again.We must be brave to move forward whilst enforcing stringent rules to punish thosewrong-doers.
Let us all be responsible on our personal hygiene, social distancing rules and adapting to new behaviors. Easier said than done, but Open we MUST

Are yo truly ENGAGED in what you are doing whole heartedly ? Are you leading your life with a strong purpose and conviction to be better, to add value, to share joy, to give ?
Or are you bored and passing your days aimlessly ? Surrendering to circumstances? Doing the same as you did years ago ? Creating excuses to camouflage your insecurities and fear of change ? Conjuring distractions to cover up yr failures.
Who are you ? Which are you ?Search deep inside your soul.

Nobody gets along with everybody, unless of course you are being an apple-polisher or being a hypocrite.
If you are liked by everyone, then perhaps you are just trying to please everyone and pretending to be not who you are.
Hence, what is important would be

your immediate superior supports and understand you

your key peers (not all) trust and work well with you
-
your direct subordinates respect and believe in you
Others are then of secondary importance. There will always be challenges in interacting with different people, as they themselves will have challenges understanding you.
Hence, be AUTHENTIC, be firm, stay on course with your principles. Care for people who genuinely appreciates you and be careful of those wearing a mask.
Be YOU !!! Let others see the real YOU.
