Its not about just shutting down and having a bunch of procedures ….

WHAT is needed is for the authorities to enforce DISCIPLINE amongst the people.

Is the punishment severe enough ?
Who is really watching, enforcing …..24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 31 days a month ?

Perhaps the military should step in ?
This is a WAR afterall …..
